The ground rules for using MultiVision and the services you bring to it.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MultiVision app and this website. “MultiVision,” “we,” and “us” refer to the developer identified on the app’s App Store listing. Please read these terms before using the app. If you do not agree, do not use MultiVision.
MultiVision provides tools for viewing and managing videos and webpages from services you choose to access. It does not grant you a subscription, broadcast right, or other entitlement to any third-party content.
2. Third-party content and ownership
Videos, live streams, audio, sports broadcasts, webpages, logos, and other content displayed or played inside MultiVision belong to their respective service providers, creators, licensors, or other rights holders. MultiVision does not claim ownership of that content. Displaying content in the app does not transfer any intellectual property rights to MultiVision or to you.
You choose the services, websites, and content you access. MultiVision does not verify or guarantee the origin, ownership, licensing, legality, accuracy, or availability of content supplied by those services. Access through the app is not an endorsement of a service or a confirmation that its content is authorized.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MultiVision is not responsible or liable for the origin of third-party content you choose to play, or for unauthorized or unlawful content supplied by third-party services. This does not exclude any responsibility or liability that the law requires us to retain.
3. Your responsibilities
Only access content you are legally entitled to view. You are responsible for obtaining any required subscriptions, permissions, accounts, or licenses, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and the terms of each service you use.
Do not use MultiVision to infringe copyright or other rights, access unlawful streams, bypass payment or access restrictions, defeat digital rights management, or copy, distribute, or publicly show content without permission. A service’s availability within MultiVision does not mean that service permits every app feature, including simultaneous playback.
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its security or operation, or use it to harm other people or systems. If you are not legally able to enter into these terms, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use where permitted by law.
4. External services and availability
Third-party services operate independently and have their own terms, privacy policies, subscription charges, and technical requirements. Your relationship with a service remains between you and that provider. MultiVision is not affiliated with or endorsed by a service unless expressly stated.
Features and playback may depend on your device, operating system, network, location, and the service you access. A provider may restrict playback or change its website, security measures, or availability. We cannot promise compatibility with every service or uninterrupted access to any stream.
5. App license and purchases
The MultiVision software, branding, and original website materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your right to use the app is subject to its applicable license and these terms. Third-party content is not included in that license.
For downloads through Apple’s App Store, the applicable App Store terms and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply unless a separate custom license is supplied with the app. These website terms do not replace that license.
If the app offers paid features, their prices and purchase conditions will be shown before purchase. App purchases do not include subscriptions to external content providers. Refunds, cancellations, and other purchase rights are governed by the applicable store terms and mandatory consumer law.
These terms do not constitute a privacy policy or consent to data processing. Consult the privacy information provided with the app for details about how the developer handles personal information. External services may process information under their own privacy policies when you access them through MultiVision.
7. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MultiVision is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, continuously available, or compatible with all third-party content or services. Any disclaimer of warranties applies only where the law allows it.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, or for interruptions, restrictions, or content issues attributable to an independent third-party service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning defective digital products, remain unaffected.
8. Updates and ending use
We may update the app and these terms to reflect changes to features, legal requirements, or security needs. Updated terms will show a new revision date. Where required, we will give notice of material changes and obtain any necessary agreement before they apply. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired.
You may stop using the app at any time. Rights to use the app may end as provided in its applicable license or by law if you materially breach the terms. Ending use does not remove any statutory refund or other consumer rights.
9. Applicable law and your rights
These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing here deprives you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law that applies to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
10. Questions and content concerns
For questions about MultiVision or these terms, use the developer contact or App Support link on the MultiVision App Store listing. For ownership, licensing, or availability concerns about a particular video or stream, contact the service supplying it or the relevant rights holder. You may also notify the developer of concerns involving the app.
